  Anderson Herald November 14, 1976 Pendleton - Willis Kent Haskell, Jr., 5, formerly of Middletown, was killed in a school bus accident Thursday in Green Kan. The youth was struck by one school bus as he stepped from another. He was killed instantly. He had resided in Green, Kan., for the past four months, moving there from Middletown. He is survived by his patents, Willis Haskell, Sr. of Green, Kan., and Mrs. Rick Tharp of Anderson, and one brother Clarence J. Haskell, one step brother, James Peckingpaugh, and one sister Sherry A.
