  Duluth News-Tribune (MN) November 8, 2003 Dorothy Eveline (Christensen) Stinson, 84, of Bay Lake, died Nov. 6, 2003, in the Riverwood Care Center, Aitkin. She was born on Sept. 4, 1919, to Abraham ''Abe'' and Karen ''Karrie'' (Skall) Christensen, at home in Bay Lake, where she grew up. She attended school in Bay Lake, Deerwood and Crosby Ironton. Mrs. Stinson worked all of her life doing various jobs at Ruttger's Resort, The Bay Lake Store, Indian Point Resort, Karnowski's Market in Deerwood, Olive Insurance Co., as well as house cleaning for several parties. Preceding her in death besides her parents, were her second husband, Wendell A. Olive; two Brothers, Godfred O. Christensen and Chester W. Christensen; two sisters, Barbara A. Johnson and Viola A. Olson, and a granddaughter, Dorothy Ann Harms. Surviving her is a daughter Elsie P. (Howard) Harms of Iron Hub and a son, Robert C. Stinson of Duluth; eight grandchildren, Penny Harms, Scott (Carmen) Harms, Sandy (David) Larson, Heidi (Jason) Price, Rebecca (Randy) Pexton, Nick Stinson, Michael Stinson, and Richard Cheever; two sisters, Clarice A. (Virgil) Lueck, and Bernice C. (Gilbert) Reem, along with many nieces and nephews.
