  Find-a-Grave Maud C. Beede, 92, went to be with her Lord and Savior March 08, 2009 at a Penobscot healthcare facility. She was born in Blue Hill, May 26, 1916 the daughter of Uzial F. and Nellie (Maxwell) Candage. She worked for many summers at the local blueberry factory in Sedgwick. Maud was an excellent cook and enjoyed gardening, especially her flower gardens. She was an active member of the North Sedgwick Baptist and former member of the Grange. Maud was predeceased by her husband, Vance; sister, Audrey Beede and brother, Rufus Candage. She is survived by her son, Stuart Beede and wife Deborah L-Wiley of Glenburn; grandchildren, Deborah Dastyck and husband David, Scott Beede and Andrea Hamilton; three great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
