Sharon Ann Pryor died on May 7, 2008 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Sharon was born on February 9, 1945 in Buffalo, New York, the youngest of four children. Sharon's surviving brothers are James Ryan (Murph) of Austin, Texas, and Clark Ryan (Charlotte) of Denver, Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Ryan, and father, Clark Ryan, along with her brother, Greg Ryan.
She lived each day throughout her life thinking and speaking of her two daughters, Julie Schmelzle (George) and Christine Parisi (Bob), along with her four grandchildren (Megan - 14, Lauren - 12, George - 10 and Christine's first child, Zander, who was seven days old at the time of Sharon's passing.
She held on long enough to welcome Zander to life on Earth as she was passing through to heaven. The eventual love of her life as an adult was Joe Mack Pryor, who preceded her in death on February 17, 2006. They were married for over twenty years, sharing a love for horses, camping and fishing. They will be spirits in heaven once again.
