Myrton Delano MacGray of Escondido, Calif., died Monday, Nov. 12, 2007. He was 73.
Mr. Macgray was a son of the late Fredrick and Myrtle MacGray.
He was a retired firefighter for the Needham Fire Department. He owned a small window/door business and worked for LegoLand and Optimist Club of Escondido.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1958.
Mr. MacGray enjoyed watching Red Sox baseball and was a Boston Bruins season ticket holder. He liked bowling and crossword puzzles.
He leaves three sons, Myrton D. MacGray Jr., Glenn J. MacGray and Darryl M. MacGray; two sisters, Eunice Leary and Thelma Carr; two brothers, Claude MacGray and Kenny MacGray; and five grandchildren, Elizabeth, Gunnar, Harley, Kayla and Conner. He also leaves his good friend, Carol MacGray, and his former wife, Jackie MacGray.
He was brother of the late Richard, Bill, Freddy, Hazel and Elsie.
