Augusta ~ Sandra M. Curtis, 60, of Eastern Ave died Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at her home. She was born in Augusta on January 10, 1954 the daughter of Adelard and Birdena (Hewett) Doyon.
Sandra graduated from Cony High school and has worked for Statler Tissue, Carleton Woolen Mill in Winthrop, Kirschners and most recently for Pine State. She enjoyed knitting, working on the computer, and playing bingo. Most importantly, Sandra enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandson Stephen.
She was predeceased by a daughter Rhonda Jean Haskell in 1979; a grandson Joseph William Sounier; and a brother Dan Doyon.
She is survived by a daughter Stephanie Haskell of Augusta; a son Joseph Doyon of China; 4 sisters including her twin Sela Freeman of Brunswick, GA., Lynn Bedell of Lewiston, Nancy LeClair of Augusta and Debbie Michaud of Whitefield; a grandson Stephen Moore; also several nieces, nephews and cousins.
