  She died on her honeymoon in Swinnemunde, Prussia on board the ship H. H. Wright. Elizabeth Norwood Dickson had an oil portrait of her in her wedding dress which her son, Bill Dickson, donated to the Penobscot Marine Museum. It is displayed with a photograph of Harriet’s mother and sisters in their living room at the McGilvery house in Searsport, ME.
