ELLICOTT CITY, Md. -- Robert B. Goldy, 52, of Ellicott City, Md., passed away at his home on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving wife and daughters.
Born July 7, 1958, in Glens Falls, N.Y., he was the son of Margaret Goldy of Fort Edward and the late Benjamin H. Goldy.
He graduated from Hudson Falls Central School and in 1980, received his B.S. in photo science from Rochester Institute of
Technology.
Bob worked for many years in the sales and marketing of medical imaging equipment and software. He began his career at Eastman Kodak. He was the global market segment director for Agfa Health Care, salesman for Siemens Medical Solutions, and national marketing manager at Fugifilm Medical.
