Lena Mae "Lee" Darby of Miami died Monday, Jan. 24, 2005, in Miami. She was 66.
Darby was born April 9, 1938, to Archie James Blevins and Evelyn (Lane) Blevins. She moved to Oklahoma as a child.
She worked as a model and later as a blackjack dealer in Reno, Nev. She was part owner of the Trees Restaurant in Catoosa. She worked in her brother's jewelry store, J.T. Jewelers in Grove. She worked as an alcohol rehabilitation counselor at The Haven until her retirement.
She was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous for 27 years.
She married Robert Nathan Darby in 1959.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Darby and Mark Darby and his wife Travis; six sisters, Winona Lillian Land, Mary Ellen McDaris, Judith Ann Catlett, Nancy Lee Thompson, Brenda Sue Lehenbauer and Connie Jo McElwain; three brothers, James Anthony Blevins, John Thomas Blevins and David Michael Blevins, and two grandchildren, Julian and Ethan Darby.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Ronnie Jack Blevins and Cecil Everett Blevins.
