  The Times, Trenton September 28, 2017 Margaret Jean Peterson, 85, of Laconia, NH, died Monday, Sept. 25, 2017, at Lakes Region General Hospital. She was born on Feb. 2, 1932, in Hartford, CT [sic - Boaton,Ma], the daughter of the late George H. and Leila (Wiggin) Harper. Margaret received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Brown University in Connecticut. She was a longtime and active member of the Melvin Village Community Church in New Hampshire, where she participated in many a church bazaar and playing of bells in the bell choir. She was also a member of the hikers' club. Margaret is survived by her son, Douglas R. Peterson and his wife, Mitzi, of Jacobstown, NJ; two daughters, Janet M. McMillan and her husband, Robert, of Fairmount, WV, and Susan H. Peterson and her partner, Rudy Kelvey, of Bordentown, NJ; four grandchildren, Chelsie L. and Kayla M. Peterson, Heather Pach and Robert McMillan, and five great-grandchildren, Tony, Katie, Ryan, Morgan, and Aspen. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Neale L. Peterson, and one son, Lawrence N. Peterson.
