  The Monroe News-Star (LA) May 28, 1951 Tallulah, May 28. — (Special) — Mrs. Lillie Bodin Pinney, 83, well known resident of Tallulah for many years and widow of D. R. Pinney, retired merchant and lumberman, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Myles Hopkins Sunday morning. She was a native of Amelia, Ohio, and had resided in Tallulah since 1920. She was [a] member of the Methodist Church. Mrs. Pinney is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Hopkins, a granddaughter, Mrs. H. E. Nobles, of New Orleans, a great grandson, Howard E. Nobles, Jr., a sister, Mrs. Charles Glieck and brother, Louis Bodin, both of Cincinnati, Ohio.
