Haskell in 1974. Walter told of Norman's under age enlistment in World War I. He also spoke of his brothers subsequent assignment to Infantry which horrified their mother. Walter recounted Norman's assignment to Europe and his being in the last two largest battles of the War under General John J. "Blackjack" Pershing.
