  Genealogy.com SOUTH PARIS, Maine - Leona T. Andrews, 89, died peacefully at her home on Saturday, June 18, 2005, after a brave fight with cancer. She was born in Casco on May 11, 1916, the daughter of Harry and Jennie Tripp Tracy. She attended school in the Casco area and worked in the Norway shoe shops and the Overlook Farm in Casco. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, bird watching, blueberry-picking, playing cards, donating handmade crafts to the children?s hospital and spending time with her family. She was also a member of the Rebekahs. Leona is survived by her husband, Herbert L., whom she married Dec. 1, 1940; a son, Richard of Sanford; a daughter-in-law, Eleanor of Wells; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ethel Heikkinen of South Paris, and Rose Kelly and Jesse Fletcher, both of Connecticut; and a brother, "Sonny" McCormick of Oxford. She was predeceased by her parents; a son, Ronald, who died in 2000; a granddaughter, Naomi, who died in 1973; a great-grandson, Scott Key; two sisters, Sadie Lamkin and Emily Tracy; and three brothers, Harry and Justin Tracy, and Lawrence Tripp.
