Fletcher, 90, of East Windsor, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, surrounded by her loving family at Johnson Memorial Hospital. Formerly of Oxford, Maine, she worked as a waitress, homemaker, and crafter. Jessie was predeceased by her special companion, Joe (Bull) DeCarlo. Jesse is survived by her loving children, Cheryl, and her husband, Ray Noble, of East Windsor, Stacy Robinson and fianc, Brian Tetro, of East Windsor, George, and his wife, Teresa Fletcher, of Kentucky, Craig, and his wife, Dianne Fletcher, of Broad Brook; her beloved grandchildren, Christy Koehler, Liv Foley, Jennifer Feingold, Joshua Robinson, Tracy Robinson, Eric Fletcher, Ryan Fletcher, Justin Fletcher, Alyssa Fletcher, Jennifer Walden, Brian Hartung, and Brenna Robinson; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren who were truly the lights of her life; her brother, Sonny McCormack of Norway, Maine; two sisters, Ethel Heikkinen of South Paris, Maine, and Rose Kelly of Broad Brook.
