  The News-Sentinel (Fort Wayne, IN) September 3, 2014 ABBIE DELL DETRAZ, 96, passed away on Aug. 30, 2014, at Miller's Merry Manor, Fort Wayne. Born Oct. 20, 1917, in Jefferson County, Ind., she was one of four children and a daughter of Arthur and Ara Delle (Roller) Wallace. Abbie and her siblings lived with her parents until their mother died in 1926; after her mother's death Abbie lived with various family members until she married William H. Detraz of North Vernon, Ind. in 1936; he passed away at home in 1959. Abbie was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Fort Wayne. Surviving are her two sons, George W. (Sharon) Detraz of Virginia and John E. (Bok M.) Detraz of Ohio; two grandchildren, George W. Detraz Jr. of West Virginia and Cindy E. Detraz of Ohio. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Eugene Wallace, Myrtle Bridge and John Edward Wallace.
