  The Stuart News (FL) April 27, 2007 Catherine L. Hopper, 85, died April 26, 2007, at her home. She lived in Stuart for 20 years, coming from southern Indiana and Kentucky. She earned a licensed practical nurse degree and worked in labor, delivery and operating rooms. She was a minister for the Church of the Nazarene in the southern Indiana and Kentucky districts. She was preceded in death by husband, Ernest Hopper, in 1981. Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Mckee of Stuart, Geraldine Smith of Danville, Va., and Paula Weaver of Church Road, Va.; sister, Frances Mathes of Greenfield, Ind.; seven grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
