  The State Journal-Register (Springfield, IL) October 28, 2003 SPRINGFIELD - M. Eileen Dexheimer, 82, of Springfield died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2003, at St. John's Hospice. She was born Aug. 9, 1921, in Springfield, the daughter of George and Anna "Fern" Heiser Sutter. She married John Robert "Bob" Dexheimer in 1942; he died in 1967. Mrs. Dexheimer worked at Sears, Roebuck and Co., Marine Bank and Hub Clothiers. She was a member of Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Survivors: a daughter, Theda (husband, Richard) Kaylor of Springfield; three sons, Jerry Dexheimer of Sherman, John (wife, Carolyn) Dexheimer of Ellisville, Mo., and Mark (wife, Cheryl) Dexheimer of Columbia; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Barbara Sloan of Bastrop, Texas; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
