Bette Louise Burk Duprey, 88, of Everett, WA, passed away on February 17, 2007. She was born July 23, 1918, in Spokane, WA, the only child of Walter and Grace (Cole) Burk.
She was raised in Spokane, and after graduation from High School, moved to Los Angeles, CA, to attend a Fashion and Art Academy. Bette was employed in retail sales in the Tri-Cities, WA, and Seattle, WA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, T. Edward Duprey, in November 1984. Bette and Ed had retired to Blaine, WA, and after his death, she returned to Everett.
She is survived by three sons, Leon Nason, of Scottsdale, AZ; Jack Nason, of Green Valley, AZ, and Glenn Nason, of Des Moines, WA; and two daughters, Dee Harmon of Seattle, WA, and Darrelyn Van Horn, of Long Beach, CA; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
