  Syracuse Herald-Journal (NY) March 7, 1995 Former Syracuse resident Mills Perlee Noxon, 89, died Feb. 26 in Devenport, Fla. A 1927 graduate of Syracuse University College of Engineering, Mr. Noxon also was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon. He was active in Boy Scout Troup 1 for many years and earned the Silver Beaver Award. He was a former member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Syracuse and was a member of Good Samaritan Church, Clearwater. Mr. Noxon moved to Clearwater in 1971. His wife, the former Marion Arlene Rockwell died in 1988. Surviving are his daughter, Barbara Rickett of Hermon; two sisters, Mary Holmes of Annapolis, Md., Anna Page of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Grace Noxon of Pine City; four grandsons; and six great-grandchildren.
