UNADILLA _ Muriel (Peg) Scott Hull, 94, of Unadilla, died Saturday, Dec. 4, 2010, at her daughter's home, Susan, in Preston, Conn., with family at her side.
Peg was born Nov. 8, 1916, in Newboro, Ontario, Canada, to James Howard and Lou Mae (Whipple) Scott.
She married Donald P. Hull in 1939, and had remained in Unadilla ever since.
Many will remember Peg from the Casual Shop in Unadilla, where she spent many happy days working with her friends.
She is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and George Pina of Preston, Conn., and Donalda and Keith Vanderlip of Rochester; her daughter-in-law and very special friend, Mary Hull of Mount Upton; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren; her sister-in-law, Barbara Hull Owens of Northville; several nephews and nieces; with special mention of Martha Vanderlip, Theresa Finch and Barbara Catadoris as Peg's "extra" daughters.
Mrs. Hull was predeceased by her husband, Donald P. Hull; her son, James D. Hull; her parents; a sister, Alice Scott, and her brother, James Scott.
