In Brockton, February 6, 2017 Eleanor B. Sherman, passed away in the Heights Crossing following a lengthy illness at the age of 91.
Eleanor was the loving wife of the late Carl T. Sherman.
She was born in Assonet, the daughter of the late Charles R. Haskins and Wealthy (Pierce) Haskins.
Eleanor had resided most of her life in Raynham. She attended Raynham schools and Taunton High School. Eleanor enjoyed knitting, crocheting, cooking and above all was a devoted wife, mother and grandparent, who cherished her family and friends.
Eleanor leaves her two daughters, Sandra Hall and her husband Wally and Carla Cabral and her husband Wilfred all of Raynham.
She was the sister of the late Charles Haskins, Priscilla Crosby and George Haskins.
Eleanor also leaves her sister in law and dear friend Mary Haskins. Eleanor also leaves her grandchildren, Jeffrey Hall and his wife Kathleen of Raynham, Gregory Hall and his wife Julann of Quincy, Kelley Cabral and her husband Jed Miller of Roslindale, Marcie Joyce and her husband Patrick of Raynham. She also leaves her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Shelby, Dakota, Taylor, Riley, Nathaniel and Rowan.
