  Providence Journal (RI) January 19, 2005 SHIPPEE, LINWOOD M., 74, of Smith St., Providence, died Tuesday at The Miriam Hospital. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Lloyd F. and Elsie M. (Shepard) Shippee. Mr. Shippee worked as a prep cook at the former Cafe in the Barn in Seekonk for 12 years until he retired in 1992. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He leaves 2 brothers Roger W. Shippee of Warwick and Gerald S. Shippee of El Paso, TX; a sister Gloria W. Durbano of East Providence, and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Lloyd C., and Ronald H. Shippee, Carolyn DiCenzo, and Patricia L. Hicks.
