  Providence Journal (RI) December 2, 1989 Patrick W. Fleck, 25, of 88 Middle St., Riverside, died Thursday at Rhode Island Hospital. Fleck was pronounced dead at Rhode Island Hospital Thursday after collapsing at the Providence Police Station. Police said Fleck told them he had swallowed "an eight-ball" - an eighth of an ounce of cocaine. Born in Fall River, Mass., a son of Paul F. Fleck of Swansea and Patricia (Shippee) Fleck-Hicks, he had lived in the Riverside section of the city 13 years and prior to that lived in Providence. Besides his parents he leaves his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Fleck of Seekonk, Mass.; his stepfather, George F. Hicks of Riverside; two sisters, Paula Potter of Warren and Pamela Fleck of Riverside; three brothers, Paul, Peter and Phillip Fleck, all of Riverside.
