Lawrence F. Bentley, 75, of Monroe, Maine, and formerly of Taunton, passed away on Sept. 15, 2013.
He was the beloved husband of Eunice L. (Eddy) Bentley.
Born in Taunton, the late George and Edith (Haskins) Bentley Sr.
Before retirement, Larry served for over 23 years with the U.S. Army, serving during the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Gulf War. Larry also was employed at Bridgewater State College, in the maintenance department.
Besides his loving wife, Eunice, he leaves two daughters, Carrie Fabiano and Jesselyn McDonough both of Taunton. Larry was the grandfather of Catherine and Jared McDonough and brother of Richard Bentley of Taunton. He was also the brother of the late George C. Bentley, Jr.
