BERKLEY - Helen C. (Gilbert) Adams, 84 years old, died on Sunday May 6, 2012, suddenly in Morton Hospital. Born in Dighton, daughter of the late Charles and Sophia (Tripp) Gilbert.
She was a graduate of Dighton High School. She attended the Trinity United Methodist Church on Railroad Ave. in Taunton.
Helen has been a resident of Berkley for over 56 years. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting.
Helen has been the wife of George E. Adams, III for over 55 years and is he mother of Helen Adams, Robin Adams and Ronald Adams of Berkley and George Adams and his wife Paulette of Assonet. She was also the mother of the late Diane Adams. Helen is the sister of Charles Gilbert, Jr of East Bridgewater and the late Lydia Gilbert and Gladys Pittsley. She is the aunt of several.
