HYRUM, Utah Kaye Allen Parkinson Anderson, 62, passed away, Friday, Nov. 26, 1999, at the Salt Lake LDS Hospital.
She was born Oct. 10, 1937, in Hyrum, Utah, a daughter of Milton A. and Lorraine Rose Allen. She married John Wayne Glenn Parkinson on July 6, 1956. He passed away on April 2, 1988.
Children of Kaye and John are Craig Allen Parkinson, Rex Allen Parkinson, J. Berkley Parkinson, Sheri Call and John Patrick Parkinson. She had 12 grandchildren: Brandon Pace Parkinson, Tyler William Parkinson, Travis Wayne Parkinson, Courtney Parkinson, Heather Parkinson, Jeremy Allen Parkinson, Janese Kaye Parkinson, Sharee Kaye Parkinson, Kailee Ann Parkinson, Damon Berkley Call, Lauren Shere Call, and Trista Faith Parkinson.
She was preceded in death by three children, twins Terry Kay and Tony Wayne Parkinson, and John Kirk Parkinson. Her brother and sisters are Ione A. Petersen, Salt Lake City, Milton J. Allen, (deceased), Cora Jean A. Bingham, Hyrum; LuDean A. Andersen, Othello, Wash., and Barbara A. Saunders, Sunset, Utah.
On March 20, 1995, she married William Duke Anderson. After retirement from First Security Bank, Kaye spent many hours in her art studio and working around the barnyard in Hyrum which she and William remodeled to make their new home. She recently shared the pleasure of retirement in their winter home in Mesquite, Nev. She was especially excited to have a warm winter haven.
