  The Deseret News (Salt Lake City, UT) December 4, 2008 Donald Hamilton Bradford, our loved and respected father and grandfather, passed away December 3, 2008. He was born August 14, 1916 in Shelley, Idaho to Charles Union and Isabella Hamilton Bradford. On July 30, 1940, Donald married Helen Farnworth in the Logan LDS Temple. Helen preceded him in death on April 30, 2008. Donald was an active Scouter and a Veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy. He was an active member of the LDS Church serving as a Bishop in Tooele; Stake Patriarch in the Midvale East Stake, and a missionary to the Northern States Mission; also Donald and his wife, Helen, served a mission together to the Tonga Mission. Donald was a Seminary Teacher and served as an Administrator in the LDS Church Educational System. An avid gardner, Donald enjoyed hunting and fishing and outdoor activities. Survivors: children, Donald H. Bradford II (Dorothy), Robert Kent Bradford (JoAnn), Linda Lee Bawden (Jay), Roger Dale Bradford (Paula), Keith Lynn Bradford (Jeanne);24 grandchildren and 66 great grandchildren.
