  Daily Courier-Observer (Massena, NY) September 11, 2015 MASSENA: Francis H. LaLonde, 73, of Laurel Terrace died Tuesday evening (August 31, 2015) at the Massena Memorial Hospital where he was a patient for the past month. Francis was born in Massena October 3, 1941 the son of Edward and Blanche (Burnett) LaLonde. He received his early education in Bombay schools. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army. He was employed at Walsh Trucking in the maintenance department for many years. Surviving Francis are his many nieces and nephews. Francis is the last of all siblings. He was a member of the Massena Rescue Squad, Bombay Fire Department, Scoutmaster Troop #27, Bombay, Asst. Scoutmaster Troop #42, Newark, NY, Cubmaster Pack #33 Bangor, NY.
