  Daily Courier-Observer (Massena, NY) November 4, 2008 ST. REGIS FALLS - Funeral services for Alice LaFrance 74, will be held privately at the convenience of her family. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery in St. Regis Falls. Mrs. LaFrance died Saturday (Nov. 1, 2008) at the Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital with the love and support of her family by her side. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Bruce Wilson of St. Regis Falls; four grandchildren, Kellie, Kenny, Kristopher and Kevin Wilson; four sisters, Caroline and Keith Larry of Malone, Lucille Barnes of New Hampshire, Eleanor Marx of Syracuse, and Annie Perrin of Massachusetts; two brothers Herman Racicot of Syracuse, and John Racicot of Vermont; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Albert, Larry and Jimmy Racicot, Gertrude Lyons, Mary Shaw, Ida Reome, Claire Czirr and Irene Rivers. Mrs. LaFrance was born on Oct. 20, 1934 in Malone, the daughter of the late Albert and Algie Racicot. She attended school at St. Joseph's Academy in Malone. She married Kenneth LaFrance on Oct. 27, 1956 at the Holy Cross Church in Hopkinton. Mrs. LaFrance was a communicant of St. Ann's Church in St. Regis Falls and loved the time shared with her grandchildren.
