  Find-a-Grave BUXTON -- William E. 'Bill' Thomas, 92, passed away peacefully at his son's home on Monday, Feb. 28, 2011. He was born in Cumberland, Maine son of Charles Thomas and Emma Redlon. Bill was an Army veteran of World War II. He was predeceased by his wife of 69 years, Mary Elizabeth 'Liz' Thomas in October, 2010. Bill leaves his children, Clifford Thomas and his wife Beth of Buxton, and Margaret Hunt and her husband John of Standish. He also leaves five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
