Born in Rockland, February 17, 1957, she was the daughter of Gilbert M. and Joyce E. Flanders Fogg. Frances was educated in local schools. For many years she worked as a stitcher at Van Baalens. She later moved to Searsport with her family where she was employed with Creative Apparel. Frances loved gardening, animals and crocheting. She especially enjoyed camping with her family. Frances is survived by her mother, Joyce Fogg of Glen Cove; her daughter Gloria Warren; and her three children Douglas, William and Kayla Noble all of Searsport; five brothers, David Fogg and his wife Patty of Cushing, Guy Fogg and his wife Pam of Cushing, Albert Fogg of Union, Bobby Fogg and his companion Nancy Kimball, Maynard Fogg all of Glen Cove, three sisters, Brenda Firth and her husband Jack of South Thomaston, Debbie Pease and her husband David of Union, Margaret Knowlton and her companion Stan Sarnacki of Swanville, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Frances will be dearly missed by family and friends.
