  Portland Press Herald (ME) September 10, 1994 Elroy F. Haskell, 95, of Summer Street died Thursday at Knox Center for Long-term Care. He was born in Stonington, a son of Freeman and Mary Billings Haskell, and attended schools there. Mr. Haskell was employed as a stationary fireman at Marine Colloids for many years and had previously worked at Pratt & Whitney. He was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, the Masonic Lodge of Masons in Stonington and the Council and Chapter in Rockland. He is survived by a daughter, Freda H. Barton of Gardiner; a son, Melvin F. Haskell of Stonington; seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
