  Find-a-Grave Delbert L. Hetfield, 67, formerly of 110 West Third St., died at 2:35 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 5, 2002) in Heritage Village Health Center, Gerry. He was born Nov. 27, 1934, in Jamestown, the son of the late Elbert and Iola McIntire Hetfield. He was a graduate of Jamestown High School, and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He had been employed by the Private Industry Counsel, and earlier had worked as a baker/oven feeder at the former Firch's Baking Company from 1963 until the time of its closing. He was a member of the John W. Tiffany Post 53, Veterans of Foreign Wars. He is survived by a son, Steven Hetfield of Gowanda; a daughter, Brenda M. Hetfield of Sinclairville; and four grandchidren: Jason C. Gifford of Jamestown, Timothy A. Gifford and Casey L. Hetfield, both of Sinclairville and Angela M. Linkous of Randolph. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Linkous, who died in 1990; and a sister, Arvilla.
