Born In Weymouth, Mrs. Petterson graduated from Braintree High School In 1954. She was a professional figure skating instructor, teaching at Cohasset, Rockland, Hingham and Bridgewater ice skating rinks. She and her husband moved to Truro permanently In 1994. She enjoyed being with her family and traveling with friends. Survivors include her husband Of 45 years, Lawrence Petterson Of North Truro; a son, David Petterson Of Portland, Maine; a daughter, Jane Petterson Of Truro; a sister, Janet Barker Of Cummaquid; two grandsons; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
