  Legacy.com SOUTH BERWICK, ME- Natalie A. Duquette, 72, of 19 Fife's Lane, died Friday, January 21, 2005 at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital following a sudden illness. Born in South Berwick May 4, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Floyd "Wendy" and Nellie (England) Wentworth. A lifelong resident of South Berwick, she was a graduate of Berwick Academy. She was a homemaker and had worked at Roberts Shoe in Somersworth and at Sports Specialty Shoe Co. of Rollinsford. In addition she did domestic work in private homes. She married Roger L. Duquette on July 1, 1950 and they together purchased the farm on Fife's Lane in 1954. Known for her wonderful sense of humor and her "heart of gold", she cheered many with her numerous acts of kindness throughout the years. She was a superior cook and shared her work with neighbors and friends. Natalie expressed herself beautifully by authoring many verses of poetry. Among her cherished treasures were visits from family and friends. Her dog "Rambo" was a loyal and faithful companion. Family members include her two sons, Randy R. Duquette of South Berwick and Ricky L. Duquette and his wife Angela of South Berwick; one brother, Lt. Col. John Wentworth of West Gardiner, ME and one sister, Norma Dome of Titusville, FL; four grandchildren, Bradley S. Duquette of Atkinson, NH, Steven L. Duquette of Ogunquit, ME, Scott M. Duquette of Dover, NH and Shelly M. (Duquette) Landry of Rochester, NH; one great grandchild, Ryann N. Duquette of Ogunquit. Natalie was predeceased by her husband, Roger L. Duquette on March 2, 2002 and by a sister, Ina Kast.
