  Grand Junction Daily Sentinel April 10, 2016 Hannelore Medlin Haskell December 19, 1945 - April 4, 2016 "Honnie", as she was known to her many friends, was a very strong, determined and sometimes stubborn individual. She fought hard to be independent after a stroke in 2005 made it very difficult for her to live alone, but she was able to do that until the very end. She was born in Frankfurt, Germany. At the young age of seven, she was adopted by the Medlin family and traveled, by herself, to the USA on the Queen Mary. She graduated from Central High School in 1964 and went on to work at Ultronix for many years, making life long friends. She later was lab manager at Western Colorado Testing. Her many friends and faithful cat, Ethel, will miss her greatly.
