  Local newspaper Funeral services for Cairell Welch, 80, Rosedale rancher for almost half a century, who died in his home, Route 4, Box 343, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Greenlawn Chapel with the Reverand John Murdoch officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemeteryt. Mr. Welch, who was born February 26, 1866, in San Bernardino, was married at the age of 20 to Miss Evelyn Meacham, who preceded him in death by five years. Mr. Welch is survived by two sons, Everett and John, both of Rosedale district; a daughter, Mrs. Violet White of Bakersfield; a brother, John L., of Chino; two sisters, Mrs. Stella Brentlinger and Mary Reeder both of Los Angeles, and seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, all of Bakersfield.
