Virginia Pearl Lundell Gasser, 87, of American Fork passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 15, 2013. She was born March 27, 1926 in Payson, Utah to Ernest and Pearl Jones Lundell. She married Ralph Albert Gasser on September 25, 1946 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Ralph passed away in 1999.
Virginia grew up in Garfield, Utah.During her younger years, she enjoyed her time as lifeguard and serving as Rodeo Royalty during the Payson Onion Days Celebration. She volunteered as a Pink Lady at American Fork Hospital for many years.Virginia was a devoted member of the LDS Church and served faithfully in many callings.
She is survived by four children: Joy (Randy) Woods, Terry (Lou) Gasser, Jan Horsley and Troy (Kelli) Gasser; daughter-in-law, Christie Gasser; 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter.
Virginia was preceded in death by her son, Clay and grandson, Zeb Gasser.
