Henrietta T. (Haskell) DeCosta, 75, of Cumberland passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 14, at the Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket, surrounded by her loving family. She was the lifelong companion of Joseph Trojan.
Born in Hyde Park, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Henry and Dorothy (Verge) Haskell.
She had many interests including her trips to Twin River Casino. Her family was her life's passion and she was known as the "human alarm clock" by those who she loved.
In addition to her companion, she leaves her children, Cheryl Goulart and her husband, Durval, of Cranston, Phillip DeCosta and his wife, Vicki, of Uxbridge, Mass., and Christine DeCosta of Manchester, N.H.; her four grandchildren, Shayne Dyer, Trevor Dyer, Jordyn DeCosta and Brooke DeCosta; her sister, Eleanor Keene of Taunton, Mass.; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Frederick Haskell, and Mary Garceau.
