  The Bradenton Herald (FL) July 30, 2009 Elizabeth H. Lindberg, 85, of Bradenton, passed away July 24, 2009, after a period of declining health. She was born August 3, 1923, in Minneapolis, Minnesota to the late Col. James B. and Marjorie Haskell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Col. Paul S. (Lindy) LIndberg and sister Marjorie Winn. Both the daughter and wife of career Army officers, Libby saw the world, having traveled abroad while living in Panama, Japan, Germany as well as all over the United States. She was an avid golfer and loved swimming, painting, tennis, animals, traveling and cruises. She leaves behind her son Doug, his wife Jeanne and grandchildren; Leah, Erik and Keriann.
