  The Courier (Waterloo, Iowa) November 13, 1961 Funeral services are tentavely set for Wednesday afternoon at O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home for Mrs. Virginia I. Gayken, 44, of 323 Irving St. She had been a patient at Allen Memorial Hospital, where she was being treated for a liver ailment, and died there at 8:35 p.m. Saturday. She was born Dec. 2, 1916. at Nevada, the daughter of Floyd and Caroline Kelson Freet, and had lived most of her life in Waterloo. She was married in 1948 to Richard Gayken who preceded her in death a year ago. Her parents are also deceased and she is survived by one aunt, Mrs. Claire Groover of Garwin.
