He married Kaura Virginia Lawrence August 16, 1900 at Cincinnati.
He married Annetta Paver June 28, 1865, who died Juy 7, 1899 in Cincinnati.

Phineas B. Haskell, born Cincinnati, 8 December 1840, served in the Union Army, Co. A, 6th Ohio Infantry, then in Co. K, 75th Ohio Infantry. He was severely wounded in the head, hip and shoulder at the American Civil War's Battle of Chancellorsville, and again in the head and hip at the Second Battle of Bull Run, all gunshot wounds.
