Will
First I direct that all my just debts and funeral expensws be paid.
Second, I give, devise and bequeth all my property, both real and personal to my wife, Cathryn G. Haskell in the event she survives me.
Third, In the event my said wife, Cathryn G. Haskell does not survive mei give, devise and bequeth all my property, both real and personal to Jerry F. Connor of New York City, June R. Golden of Oneida, NY and the Oneida Valley National Bank, Oneida, NY in trust for the following uses and purposes: to keep the same invested in interest bearing securities, and from the income therof to pay said June R. Golden Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) per year during her life. The remaing of said trust fund is to be used for the support, maintenance and education of my three sons, Edward R. Haskell, John G. Haskell and Robert L. Haskell until they reach the age of twenty five years. As each of my sons arrive at the age of Twenty five years said trustees are to pay over to them one third of said trust fund, except that said trustees are to retain sufficient amount of said trust fund to provide an income of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) per year during her life and at her death the portion of said trust fund that shall have been retained by said trustees is to be divided between my sons at such time as they arrive at the age of twenty five years.
Fourth In the event that neither my said wife nor my children survive me, I direct such executors and trustees herein before named to retain enough of my estate and invest the same to produce an income of $3,000 annualy which I direct to pay June M. Golden during her life. I give, devise and bequeth to my sister, Edna H. Connor and to my sister, Florence Chapin the sum of $4,000 eachand to Mrs. Effie Murdick and Mrs Alcena M. Keefer sisters of my wife, $10,000 each.
