  Kalamazoo Gazette (MI) March 7, 2003 Morse, Donald W. 'Pop' - of Allegan, died Thursday, March 6, 2003 at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids. Mr Morse was born November 25 1924 in Grand Rapids, the son of Arthur & Maude Hayes Morse. Mr. Morse was a Veteran of the United States Navy, serving in WW II. He worked for Parker Hannifin, Brass Division in Otsego, for over 20 years, retiring in 1987. Pop also rode for & was a member of Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA) Riding for the Son. Surviving are his wife, Arlene, 4 sons & their wives, Russell & Christina, John & Bonnie, Walter & Dawn and Bud & Patty all of Allegan; 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Howard 'Skip' of AZ; 2 sisters-in-law, Lorraine Morse of Niles and Dorothy Morse of Kalamazoo; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his first wife,Hellen.
