  Vernal Express August 31, 1994 Robert Alexander Waugh, 68, of Dinosaur, Colo., died Aug. 26, 1994 at Ashley Medical Center in Vernal. He was born Jan. 19, 1926 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, a son of John Dwight Waugh & Elsie Marie Brich Waugh. He married Patricia Louise Thomas on June 24, 1972 in Council Bluffs. Robert was a truck driver most of his life. He served in the U.S. Navy during W.W.II and his ship was the U.S. Arizona. He is a former member of Elks & Eagle Lodge. He attended the Dinosaur Baptist Church. His love was fishing, camping and hunting. He is preceded in death by his parentd and a brother Harry Waugh. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Waugh of Dibosaur, Colo.; sons and daughters, Susan Reeves of Craig, Colo., Robert N. Waugh of Oklahoma City, Okla., Linda Wayland of Las Vegas, Nev., Barry Waugh of Ely Nev,, Dennis Waugh of Craig, Colo., Nancy Shaw and R. Micael Anderson, both of Aurora Colo.; 14 grandchildren; 1 great grandson and sisters Lavina Poulson of Spooner, Wis., and Beverly Miller of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
