He was born Sept. 27, 1931 in South-bridge, MA. Husband of Joann (nee Hardy). Father of Frank A. (Toby), Charles W. (Diane Clementi), Katherine A. (Timothy) Bradley, Eric J. (Heather) Dahl, Robert S. (Lisa) Neitzel. Grandfather of Frank J., Anna, Sally, Steven, Leah, Amanda, Megan, Daniel and Lindsey. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Frank attended college at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania and the University of Kansas in Lawrence. Frank also proudly served in the Korean War.
