  Chicago Suburban Daily Herald January 20, 2019 Dale A. Nagel peacefully went to be with the Lord on Wednesday January 16, 2019. Born September 13, 1939, he was predeceased by his parents Fred and Ruth Nagel. Dale is survived by his 3 children, Ken (Jeanne) Nagel, Deborah (Wesley) Haight, Scott (Brigid) Nagel, brothers David and Raymond, and 4 loving grandchildren, Sara and Zachary Haight and Colby and Kyle Nagel. Dale joined the Illinois State Police October 22, 1965. He served with District 15 as a trooper, retiring March 31, 1995 with 30 years of service. In his retirement Dale served as a Publicity Agent at the Illinois Railway Museum in Union Illinois and member of the task force for the Ride For Kids benefiting the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
