  The Leader (Covington, TN) May 21, 2015 Eugene Edward Vinal, Gysgt Usmc (Ret.), 82, died May 15, 2015 at his home. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War, a Purple Heart recipient, a Vietnam War veteran and an aerial navigator. Mr. Vinal was also a retired instructor for State Tech. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Mary Vinal; daughter Rosiland Craig; son David Vinal; sister, Fay Schilling; brother Eugene Vinal; seven grandchildren, Shelby Craig, Candle Craig, Haley Middleton, Dillion Morgan, Aaron Morgan, Chloe Morgan, Austin Perry; and two great-grandchildren, Jaylyn and Julie Grace. He was preceded in death by two sons, Tom Vinal and Larry Morgan, Jr. and one sister.
