  Providence Journal (RI) October 26, 2006 CHADWICK, CHARLES A., 83, formerly of Providenece, died Tuesday at the VA Medical Center. Mr. Chadwick was a Draftsman Engineer for the Builders Iron Foundry for over thirty years. He graduated from the University of Maine in 1950 and served in the Navy during World War II.
