FRYEBURG -- Maxine Faye Littlefield, 74, of West Fryeburg Road, Fryeburg and formally of the Portland area for many years died Monday, Aug. 13, 2007, at North Conway Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Fryeburg Harbor, the daughter of Wilfred and Edna Averill Watson and attended Fryeburg schools. She was a homemaker and enjoyed knitting, crocheting and was a seamstress. She was a member of Highland Lake Grange in Westbrook and the Paugus Grange in Fryeburg and a member of Tops Chapter 129 Conway, N.H.
She was predeceased by her first two husbands, Robert K. Thompson and James Cox. She is survived by her husband Louis Littlefield of West Fryeburg; a brother, Paul Watson and his wife Patricia of Gray; three sons, Kenneth Thompson and his wife Winifred of Mansfield, Mass., Dale Thompson and his wife Deanna of Sanford, and Paul Thompson of Lewiston; two daughters, Catherine Burroughs and her John of Center Conway, N.H., Suzanne Levesque and her husband Dave of Auburn; two step daughters, Lynn McDevitt and Jean Blais and her husband Gary; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
